Equinet Gallery features Photographer Peter Paul Rubens
Peter Paul Rubens first picked up a camera in 1979 at age 20 and true to the legacy of his artist namesake and forebear, he has since consistently produced award winning images. His photograph, "Spring Fever" was selected from 7000 entries to receive the highest award from the Professional Photographers of America. It was further honored by Kodak to be one of an elite one hundred images exhibited at Disney's Epcot Center.
Peter is known as the "photographers' photographer", with assignments nationwide. The Chairman of Kodak wrote (1988): "... it was obvious that you were not only doing fine work, but there was evidence of true creative approaches. I thought the photograph was absolutely outstanding. You obviously are an accomplished artist."
Currently a resident of Portland, OR, Peter specializes in photographing brides and nature in the height of their glory. He is recognized as one of the top photographers in the United States.

This month, Peter has two photographs on display in the Equinet Gallery: Spring Fever and Stand By Me.
